By using the MYIMAGINESTORE platform being the website bearing myimaginestore.com (hereinafter referred to as the site) and the facility of Tresor Systems Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Tresor”), you, the individual, if acting on behalf of himself or herself (“individual user “), or the individual who is acting on behalf of any body corporate (hereinafter referred to alternatively as “you’ or “user”) is agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this agreement for use of the facility available on the website (hereinafter referred to as the site “agreement”).

If you do not agree to this agreement, or any part thereof, the you shall not use the facility any further. However, by using the facility, you would have deemed to have accepted these here terms and conditions.

The “Effective Date” for the application of this agreement on each transaction would be the date on which you access/use or start accessing/using the facility.

The Terms and Conditions (T&C) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, form an Agreement regulating the relationship with regard to the use of MYIMAGINESTORE Platform by you.

These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the web site i.e. myimaginestore.com (the Site) and any services offered by the company including but not limited to delivery of content via the Site, any mobile or internet connected product or otherwise (the "the Service"). By accessing the Site or Service and/or by clicking "I agree", you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your use of and access to such sites, services, applications, and tools are subject to any and all terms, agreements, or policies applicable to them.

Any clause of terms and conditions if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions, individually or as a whole.

The company reserves the right to cancel/modify an order at any point in time without prior notice.

The company reserves the right to change the listed price of any Item at any time during an offer period without any prior notice. No refund of price difference shall be made in case of price reduction.

All the Packaging and Labelling Laws has been followed as per The Legal Metrology Act, 2009, The Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 and all the recent Government notification.

Dyson Tresor reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the website of us at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.

In the event of any price drop due to any special discount offer shall not make any past order or pre offer period orders eligible for any kind of compensation according to the discounted price during the offer period.

Listed Price and Maximum Retail Price mentioned on our website are inclusive of all taxes.

GST Invoice Terms and Conditions

Users with registered businesses may purchase products for their business requirements offered by myimaginestore. Provided, however, purchases on the platform must only be for end consumption. Users must not use products purchased from the platform for any commercial, promotional, resale or further distribution purposes.

A tax invoice (GST Invoice) including GSTIN provided by the user will have, inter alia, the following details printed on it:

- GSTIN associated with the registered business of the User as provided by the User.

- Entity Name of the registered business of the User as provided by the User.

Listed pricing is Maximum Retail Price (inclusive of all taxes).

Imagine Gift Cards issued by Tresor Systems Pvt. Ltd

1. The e-gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card
2. This e-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque
3. The holder of this e-gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary
4. This E-Gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and cannot be revalidated.
5. This E-Gift card can be redeemed at the Apple Imagine Store and at www.myimaginestore.com

6. Only one card can be redeemed in a single invoice, and a gift card can only be redeemed successfully one time.

7. E-Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash/gift card/credit notes. If the value of purchase is less than the value of the gift card the balance is non-refundable. And, such cards can't be reused to buy any other item from the balance amount.
8. Imagine an E-Gift Card bought once cannot be returned/refunded.
9. Tresor Systems Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to alter or suspend any gift card presented against a purchase, if they deem, at their sole discretion, provided that the code has been forged, defaced, or otherwise tempered
10. Tresor Systems Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to discontinue the gift card as product without any prior notice
11. No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards, E- gift Cards and Gift Cards issued by Tresor Systems Pvt Ltd.
12. Any dispute should be referred to Delhi jurisdiction and the decision of the company shall be final

14. E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
