Pre-order (booking) does not ensure as order confirmation.
Pre-order amount (e.g. 5% of product value) will be adjusted in final invoice value. Balance amount shall be paid by the customer at the time of self-pickup or before dispatch.
Pre-order enables you to get an allocation on priority however does not guarantee for availability of device on the day of the launch or within any stipulated timeframe. Colour and/or memory options of your choice is subject to availability.
Pre-Order does not guarantee that the customer will receive the preferred product at the time of launch or within any stipulated timeframe.
Post allocation the purchase transaction should be completed immediately or within 24 hours. In case of non-payment, the pre-order (booking) can be cancelled at the sole discretion of www.myimaginestore.com.
Delivery shall be arranged at various locations on first come first serve basis, subject to availability.
Pre-order (booking) receipt has to be produced in original, at the time of self-pickup in store.
The offers available on pre-ordered product may be revised or withdrawn without any prior notice. Offers will be valid for a limited time period and continue till stocks last.

www.myimaginestore.com is not liable in any way to provide the pre-ordered product, due to non-availability or short supply from distributor.
In order to cancel this pre-order (booking), customer needs to submit a written cancellation request. Any refunds, if applicable, on cancellation will be processed as per the refund policy.
Order cancellation shall be processed, if delivery area is not serviceable by logistic partner/agent, as per Govt guidelines.
If www.myimaginestore.com is not able to supply the product as per customer’s preference then refund of advance amount shall be processed within 10-15 working days, via same mode of payment.
www.myimaginestore.com reserves the right to not disclose any data pertaining to customer registrations to any third party.
In case of any dispute, www.myimaginestore.com reserves the right to cancel this pre-order (booking) at any time. Any issue/legal dispute arising out of pre-order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Delhi.
The company reserves the right to cancel/modify this pre booking terms and conditions at any point in time without prior notice.
